Of the remaining seasons, which one do you think I will love the most?

They each have their own strengths and weaknesses, and as always it depends a lot on how much you like certain Doctors and companions. For me Series 6 has some of the best standalone stories the show has ever done and it's really imaginative. Series 7 is, for me, the weakest of the lot but there was still plenty to enjoy in there. Series 8 was a marked improvement again but it just didn't really stand out too much (though there are others who'd disagree) and then for reasons I'll not spoil Series 9 just did a whole lot of good things.

This just might be the hardest question i've ever been asked... they are all so good in their own unique ways. i'm tied between 6 & 9. I chose 6.

Series 7 is the weakest, but still mostly enjoyable. I agree with the above two, series 6 has some amazing episodes and so does series 9. I think there are elements of series 8 that you will hate. 6 is what I'm gonna have to vote for.

Actually, i thought some more. You may love 9 more than 6. I think you'll relate to the Doctor more in 9. We'll see though.

Looking at how much you enjoyed series 5, I think series 6 will be your favourite out of all the ones remaining. Unfortunately the show definitely entered a weak stage during series 7, and I found myself not liking the show as much at the time, but it's entirely possible that you will enjoy seasons 7, 8 and 9. They're not bad, just not as good as series 4 and 5.

They all have good and meh moments but overall I would have to say 6 mostly because of the overall story arc.

I think I'll go with s6. That's not to say it goes downhill after that. S7 to me is a bit weaker because there were some production issues behind the scenes, and I was also caught up in a bit of a "hype" of hating Doctor Who at that point (which in hindsight was ridiculous). Then I rewatched it and really liked it. I also don't want to undersell it because I said about the same to a friend of mine and also to my boyfriend, who are both catching up, and they've both LOVED it. So again, DW fans can't agree on anything. :P

I really think Josh Bennett's comment up top is the best summary of it. Completely agree with that. I can't wait for your s6 reactions however. I'm hype. It's gonna be a lot of fun I think.

I agree, I never loved the companion you're referring to. Every other companion I enjoyed watching so much, but never that particular one.

6 and 9 def. I chose 9, though, because Capaldi is my favorite doctor! He's darling.
