I've always had to make a blueprint in game on the save you want to use them on first. Then go to /appdata/local/FactoryGame/Saved/SaveGames/blueprints/"Yoursavenamehere"/

I'll post a world save after the next video, the turbo fuel plant has some 'issues' and I want to fix them before sending the save out.

You need to unlock blueprints in your save file before you can import them in. Hope that helps!
