It's extremely slow, around 150k pop the game bottoms out speed wise (or so I've heard)

Click on the blue .cok file to download it, then drag the file into your Cities Skylines 2 game save folder. Find it on your computer by Googling 'where are my Cities Skylines 2 save files' or something similar.
