I just felt like drawing the three boys as high school students coming home from school, wearing their uniforms!
I like the overall look of the picture and colors, it's colorful and shining-

It's not quite the result I wanted, but I need to try other stuff on upcoming images!

I really hope you like it, as I rarely do colored pictures, I kinda wanna know if it's worth it.
Sometimes I feel like a very dull artist because my illustrations focus more on characters, and I hardly spend time on backgrounds, which is a real shame. Lately, I've realized I'm not sure where I stand with colored images. I can do many things and I don't know where to go; I'm uncertain about how to line them (same here, I'm not satisfied with the line; it's my default line, very expressive, but it doesn't suit this kind of coloring, in my opinion).

I've never talked about it, but over the past months/year I've worked for some streamers (under a different pseudonym) creating overlays: landscapes and scenes heavily inspired by Ghibli's and Anime backgrounds style. I really liked it, I didn't know I could do it but I was genuinely convinced and proud of the results (sad I can't show you lol). I never spend as much time on backgrounds for my own illustrations background (including this one) because I feel like characters matter more... not to mention, it takes a lot of time, and I'm afraid of falling behind on the comic.

So this is kind of a test... You're with me on this journey I guess.
