Honestly I don't know if he's crying because of the way the Boy drives or because of his haircut lol.

     Basically Tera was supposed to tell the guy: "oh, no you can't give up, someone has to teach him to drive." And because the guy doesn't want to, Tera starts to threaten the him by telling him that if he doesn't do his job, Tera and his gang will take care of him (assuming the guy knows who Tera is, which doesn't make sense lol)  but before Tera finishes, the guy says "Fire! I choose fire!" (because BD burn people yk) to highlight how bad a driver the Boy is. 

But I didn't keep it, the comic works fine the way it is.
