Because these beasts are true marvel, and I can see many nobles trying to have one as their status symbol, hell I can see many trying to tame and earn loyalty of other animals which they then try to enlarge. And with Tanya being sole one capable of doing it while preserving it's mind and loyalty, she would be hot commodity.
