Hope this doesn't count as spam but, looks like quite a lot of people went wild over Patrick/Maria. Maybe I'll do a spin-off/short-story about that fella. Already played around with the character model to see if it makes the vibe check.

Depends if I find the inspiration for it, but I fear if too many spinoffs of "Pavels Clinic Mayhem" are done it could be a bit fatiguing :D

I'd love to read more about Patrick/Maria! I'd love to see the slow change of his facial features and complexion changing to match Maria's body! And on the flip side, I’d be really interested in seeing Maria’s transition into a white guy too
