Cog, blaming the sales of ff16 on the price and its age is a little wild when it's ok for Xbox to put old games on ps for full price is it not? Call a spade a spade. On both camps. This seems like some console war nonsense to me. Make it make sense please

I will forever ❤️ the Health is Wealth segment. I work a job where I get a daily average of 6-7 1/2 miles worth of moving them feet. During the roughest of work days, I mentally balance myself with the reminder,” You are getting paid to workout!” Working in the kitchen at an Assisted Living Facility has improved my life, both mentally and physically. All that is left to do, on my personal checklist, is gain the motivation to get back to weightlifting, when at home, which has proven difficult considering I work a 6/7 day shift currently and STILL occasionally get called in to cover someone else’s shift (no show). Salute to the hard workers out there! 🫡 There is NEVER enough time to check all the boxes, but keep fighting against the struggle.

Just a thought, to Matty and Cog… I know an entire episode about fitness may skew the views (not everybody is into it, understandable). But, what about an episode where you are working out while recording (with maybe a text explanation of your routine, for video viewers)? I think most of us understand the skill in live streaming a VG while conversing but, imo, adding a workout to the podcast formula could be healthy to both of you, and add a unique angle. I recognize this would require you changing your whole recording setup, for a one off (which is a hassle), but I still see the value in changing things up. 🤷‍♂️

One observation about the conversation around FF16 and Xbox. Matty brought up FF13 and its great sales on PS3, and while that is true, I think there needs to be a little more focus on that and the time period it released. 13 came out when Final Fantasy as a whole was riding a lot higher than it is nowadays. People back then, including me, just bought 13 because it was a FF game. I didn't care what it was, it was a FF game. 13 and eventually 15 hurt the franchises image despite selling well and now SE is dealing with the consequences of their past decisions. 13 was riding high off of the brands popularity and the fact that it was so visually impressive. If it was such a good game why didn't the 2 spin-offs come even close to the main title? (13 sold 11m, 13-2 sold 3.5m, and LR sold 800k) I am also in agreement with past Matty that 13-2 is by far the best of the trilogy. It was a good game IIRC.
