Metal Gear Solid Delta Review Discussion and Spoilercast | Sacred Symbols+, Episode 477

It's not uncommon for older games to get new coats of paint, but not all remakes and remasters are of the caliber of 2004's Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. 21 years later, we now have Metal Gear Solid Delta, an Unreal Engine 5-driven remake of Konami's PlayStation 2 classic stealth-action offering that's both true to the original and fully modernized. To talk about the whole package, I (Colin) invited Sacred Symbols co-host Chris Ray Gun and Punching Up's Gene Park for a 2+ hour conversation that delves deep into the characters and story, not to mention the gameplay and much more. It turns out that you can indeed do Metal Gear without Hideo Kojima. It's just that you have to copy everything he already did!

Let's go! I wonder if it will be considered for Game of the Year. I just want my first MGS to be ported to PS5. (MGS4) Never went to the previous ones. Too old. My PS3 came with MGS4 but I saw some old dude on the box and just chucked the case. Once i got my month's worth of GTA I finally inserted the disc. What a game!
