Hello, friends!

I want to share something very personal with you, something I haven’t talked about before.

Some of you know that I’ve been practicing various spiritual techniques for a long time and using different tools for that. One of these tools is the use of psychoactive substances.

Since the onset of my illness, I’ve gone through all the stages of denial and rejection. It was specifically “magic medicine”—let’s call it that—that helped me realize many things, understand myself, and the world around me.

Perhaps it all started with ketamine injections at a clinic in Kyiv. I underwent eight ketamine sessions for the treatment of undiagnosed chronic pain. The first four times were very scary, confusing, and I was simply waiting for it to end as quickly as possible.

Under its influence, you don’t feel your body, your breathing, or anything else. It’s a dissociative drug, and I constantly had the sensation that I had died.

Later, at home, I began practicing deep meditations under the influence of cannabis. I even led several meditation sessions in a small group, and what happened to us opened completely new horizons in understanding our role in the universe.

If this topic interests you, I can write several posts and share my detailed experiences with each psychoactive substance. I’ll also explain how it helped me accept chronic pain and other life challenges.

Let me know in the comments if this is a topic you’d like to explore. In the meantime, I highly recommend watching the documentary “How to Change Your Mind” on Netflix. It provides a deeper scientific understanding of how these substances work 🤍

That sounds very interesting. We don't actually see "Reality", whatever it even means. We are always in contact with our interpretations, our recostrunction of the world around us as it is conveyed by our senses. I'm scared of those substances, but I also acknowledge that, if used moderately and correctly, by altering our senses, they can help to better understand what we truly are, what consciousness truly is. I'd love for sure to read about the experiences of people who tried it!

Oh yes, I understand what you’re talking about and wish those methods were available—that is, legally, and accepted by the medical and therapeutic communities—within USA. That all said, I would be intrigued to hear about your experiences. Thank you Anastasia for bringing up this topic and sharing your world with us.

Absolutely I want to hear more about this topic. Many places in the USA have legalized cannabis/Marijuana and its active ingredients for public sale and consumption. They have many therapeutic uses. 🫂🫂🫂❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏

Yes for sure! Definitely write more as you would like to. The very close up images especially the ones of your eyes seem to fit so well with the topic.

YES! Couldn’t agree more. I have had to take OBSCENE level of opioids, I’ve been in cancer treatment for 15ys and two weeks, a very painful few types of blood and bone cancer. The current top priority involves diseased bone slowly dying and breaking apart into pieces basically that eventually get removed and replaced where possible. Even with this situation there is a hard limit to the volume of opioids and morphine insurance companies will pay for. I’ve been 100% dependent on these drugs for about 4ys at very high daily volumes. As things have escalated this past year ketamine has become a VITAL part of my pain management and Palliative Care. I take it daily, and when inpatient which is anywhere from 20-50% of the year, I’m on a 24/7 drip of it. It is CRUCIAL to my care, and has also opened up a very beneficial avenue of emotional therapy and psychotherapy that I would not consider productive AT ALL before ketamine had become a part of my life. It is a valuable tool that can benefit many, I hope its educational exposure widens, and of course its COST would at some point come down. THANK YOU for sharing your story!!!

I’m so sorry to hear that you’re going through so much pain🙏🏻You are incredibly strong, and I truly hope you’ll be able to overcome this illness! I recommend reading the book “Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself: How to Lose Your Mind and Create a New One”—it really helped me a lot. Regarding opioids—personally, when I was on them in the hospital, it was very difficult for me, and even harder to come off of them. Ketamine, in this sense, provides much greater pain relief and also helps to realize many things, as you mentioned. I truly hope that everything will be okay with you, and that you’ll get through this!♥️🫂 My grandfather has been battling cancer for 15 years, constantly undergoing chemotherapy. Almost all of his organs have been operated on, yet he remains an incredible example of optimism and belief that everything will be okay. He never complained about feeling bad or about the pain, even when it was unbearable. That’s why I believe that the strength of the spirit is much greater than the illness itself. Just don’t give up!

Yes, and it’s a wonderful tool for many people, as long as you understand how to use it correctly and for what purpose! ♥️

Oh, I thought that if such things are done in Ukraine, then even more so in the USA, since medicine in the USA is much more advanced than in Ukraine 🙈 Thank you for your interest, I will definitely make my first post for you soon!🫂♥️

Yes, absolutely well said, and you are completely right! I will do my best to describe my experience as precisely and thoroughly as possible. I hope it can help someone else understand how the universe and the quantum field work. 💫
