I'm gradually getting back into the work routine, making plans for shootings and ideas, the main thing is that I don't end up in the hospital again 😅 yesterday I had strong emotions, we were playing a board game and because of such activity my heart started to hurt a lot, it turned out that it was residual after cardiac tamponade, there was a pericardial spasm, but I took some medicine and an hour later it felt better ))
