The immunologist suggested the following diagnosis:

Hyperimmunoglobulin M syndrome with autoimmune complications in the form of antisynthase syndrome. Maybe not only that.

He, and also other doctors, suggested treatment with immunoglobulins and the worst thing about this is the cost of this drug, even though it is made in Ukraine.

One 100 ml bottle costs 24,000 hryvnia, I need 5 of these bottles per month - that’s $3,200 and treatment for 6 months, that’s $19,200 for this drug alone 😭 Plus, the organization where my husband worked is closing and he was left without a job. I don’t know how we can leave Ukraine in this situation, for what money to live there and for what money to be treated, I just don’t have the strength anymore, I don’t know what to do 😔
