Seems like this would be better placed close to when he is already going to leave to usher him out of the city, depending on what you're trying to do with it.

Unless you plan on extending the capital stay beyond a few "nobel" gatherings, maybe put this closer to leaving. Im not opposed to seeing him get & use his butcher building, & see Micca settle in.. honestly, there's so much storytelling that could happen here, you've left so many threads to tug!
