He needs a skill to age things. Good for curing and making alcohol ^^ I could imagine that if you age some of the things up you could create some crazy stuff. Maybe food/drinks with permanent stats maybe with some exotic effects like lifespan increase or something like that. Maybe even stuff that gives some kind of vision. Imagine drinking some alcohol and getting more lifespan or a vision about a supernova that enchances your fire magic or gives new concepts to you with who you can get new abilities or never seen before abilitiy evolutions.
