You've not missed anything this is first mention. Trevor has simply not been informed yet, just to add, to this in an edit, but I try to add some of these 'what's happening in the world' moments in the interludes that will then be learned / developed later, but through them all, you will see multiple seeds to other events outside of just the bludgeon to the face event being corins tantrum
