Multiple people have suggested Prepotente. I do NOT want to use him for this as I think he's an obvious choice, and I may use him for a recap in an earlier book once I finally get around to writing recaps for books 2-5. Same with Elle. We're also not able to do the cleaner bot because of something that happens in book 8.

Multiple choices allowed which will add to the ability to game the system. 2-day poll. Your decision is final, but if you manage to tie (the top two choices within 5 votes of each other) I will combine them. I don't know how, but I will.

It needs to be a member of the princess posse. The first recap was for them by Donut. It wouldn't make any sense for Arcadia or Victory to give the recap.

The second one was quasar giving his niece a summary for her report, so it’s been established that they aren’t all just recaps sent to the princess posse. It wouldn’t make sense for Victory to send out to princess posse, but she could be making a report to a committee to explain how she got into power or something.

Okay if it's gonna be Samantha, can it possibly be somehow that Samantha managed to get in to where Victory is trying to summarize things and Victory can't seem to get her to shut up and go away?
