New here, can't seem to find the A minor tab you mentioned in the video.

I have a really stupid question that I listened to both videos and didn't really hear you address: what metronome speeds should we shoot for during the half hour? I don't necessarily mean absolute speed but more relative to our abilities. Should we start slow and eventually get to max speed over the 5 / 30 minutes? Should we start at near max and hammer it the entire time? For example, I'm quite awful at alternate picking, so my steady-state, clean maximum at this point is only like 110bpm. Should I be pushing that the whole time and edging it up as possible?
