There's one time where Flora tried to hang it up, but was interrupted by Mike and Evals. However, she was talking with Trace at the time and he went deep under its influence. Because she had it near her butt, a bit like the Tail Bells her Culture tend to use while hiding it from the aforementioned Slaves, Travis jumped into her butt right in front of them. You can easily find that piece online "Magical Mistletoe Flora & Trace" and you should be able to find it relatively quickly.
