The way they played with Ichigo's family was way more personal than Aizen. I don't even blame him for breaking down for a second.

Terrible metaphor time: Basically Ichigo drained his car battery with the Final Getsuga Tensho, they tried to jumpstart it by awakening his Fullbring powers to get his Soul Reaper powers going again which got him started, and then when Ginjo stole his powers they hooked him up to a whole generator using the sword that everyone poured their powers into, and now he's back to full (with a bit of Fullbring mixed in too now - you can see it in his fit). Even though he lost all his Reiatsu and had no way to get his powers back naturally, he still had everything in him to let him use his powers once he actually got some juice.
