I love your videos on YouTube. After all the "I watched "x" and" I still think we need a "Gintama" summary video. Also! Some fun facts about this round of episodes. In the manga Inoue getting pimp slapped was brutal af. Instead of getting the saliva slapped out of her, she looked like she got half of the skin on her face removed. She was covered in blood and her arm was all fucked up. Hence the cast in the anime. Also they showed Chad's arm shredded into 3 pieces. It was detailed enough where you could see the single shred of muscle holding each piece of his arm to the other.

If you go back to when Yoruichi beat up Yammy, you can see her grunting in pain for a second. She injured her arm because the arrancars have skin that's as hard as steel. Alos Pesquisa is just the way that hollows are able to since spiritual pressure.
