I was worried Jaime wouldn't put the pieces together but still it should be obvious from Cersei's reactions and words that Adrian is her son. Also it show that House Lannister stands thank to Tywin and Tyrion.

Seeing the desperate love Cersei has for Adrian is very neat. You really feel for her. Hopefully we don’t see Joffrey ruining that connection in any way. Also cool to see Clegane be protective of Adrian, something he never felt for Joffrey. We need to see the Ironborn really suffer this time. Drowned never to rise again. I hope you don’t mutilate Adrian. I’m tired of seeing stories where the main character is horrendously mutilated off the bat to. So common.

Cersei loves Adrian, but more will be revealed later. As for Adrian getting mutilated, there are other ways to cause damage beyond physical damage.
