I was going to write a FAQ, but since the frequency of questions is currently zero, I opted for a more accurate title. This is a summary of how my Patreon works for those of you who would like to participate.

The First Of The Month

It's important to note that the pledge cycle starts on the first of each month. That's when your card will be charged, and that's when you will be eligible to pick your free tracks from the Patron Library and benefit from any other discounts your pledge level grants.

If you need something in a hurry, message me on here and we'll make arrangements that suit you.  Patreon is eventually going to allow for subscriptions to be charged upon signup, but right now I lack the option to enable that.

The Patron Library

The Patron Library is a collection of exclusive music spanning many genres that you can use in your projects (commercial or otherwise). Pledge levels determine how much you get and how much that costs.

I intend to keep adding to the Patron Library as time marches on. How much will it grow? Check out my Goals for the full rundown.

If an internet miracle occurs, and money flows like a waterfall, I'll look into expensive thrills like bumping up the production values, hiring live soloists, doing behind-the-scenes videos, or making some tutorial resources.

I might also be convinced to produce some free tracks like the set you can find on my SoundCloud which are usable by anyone, even in commercial projects.

Delivery of Music

Ok, so you've signed up, your first pledge has been processed, and you want stuff.

This is how you'll get it:

1. If your pledge level grants you free tracks, tell me which ones you want via messaging me on here, and I'll send you a download link to a .rar archive containing the music in uncompressed 44100hz 16-bit WAV format.*

* or your preferred audio format.

2. If you're purchasing additional tracks, supply me with your email address and I'll invoice you through PayPal at the appropriate rate. Upon payment, I'll send you download links as specified above.

3. Under normal circumstances, please allow up to 48 hours for processing since I'm doing this all manually. It will usually happen faster than that, and under certain conditions (if I'm out of town) might take longer, but I'll make sure that you get everything.

Royalty-Free Catalog

You might notice that various reward tiers refer to my 'royalty-free catalog.' I have a library of 200+ tracks on sale at various royalty-free music sites. These cover lots of genres and styles, and generally cost around $50/track. You can get massive discounts on these by pledging as a Patron. Here's how it works:

1. I receive your pledge when your card is charged on the first of the month.

2. You listen to my catalog of tracks, decide which ones you want, and message me with your choices.

3. I'll invoice you on PayPal for a payment to cover the cost at the appropriate discount level.

4. I send you a download link to the tracks as 44100hz 16-bit stereo WAV files*

* or your preferred audio format.

It is worth noting that my RF tracks are geared towards film more than games, and are not looped. Of course, not all moments in games require looped tracks, and games also have trailers and advertising that requires music.

Some of my tracks also have edits at 30s, 60s, 90s, and 2min. These can be handy for podcasters or other broadcast applications where a short, punchy intro is wanted.

I'll be happy to recommend tracks to you, if you're looking for a specific genre or style.

In the future, I'll also be making bundle deals available to my backers.
