Now those trailer tracks are awesome. Usually tracks like that are among the most popular and highest in demand among music libraries, but it also means lots of people try to make it, so more competition in a way. But really, I don't see why these two tracks can't be accepted. They're high quality and very suitable for purpose of trailers. I even visualised scenes in my head whilst listening to them. The licensing yeah, sadly there are those who try to make a quick buck by using loopholes such as these. Perhaps if you stated in your license that your music should not be re-sold unless it's part of a finished product and not just a compilation album. Usually something along those lines is seen in the license terms of most royalty free assets.

Trailer tracks have a very specific structure they often want followed in terms of where edit points exist and other criteria that varies depending on the ideas of the specific library. But mostly those two tracks are kind of oldschool in terms of being more bombastic orchestra trailer music. These days it has shifted a lot more towards pure sound design or unusual/eclectic ensembles (lot of neoclassical string ensemble stuff too, which I am making some of). It's a very trend-based genre when it comes to what gets used in advertising. Oh, the other big thing is trailers using 'dark, epic' versions of well known pop or traditional songs. That's been a trend for a year or two now that I hope runs its course soon. With the licensing thing, it's really all toothless. I will never take legal action, due to the expense and drain on life it would incur to pursue it. I'm just annoyed at the stuff people do.
