At this point, Ted's voice is still male but he sounds like a prepubescent male, so his voice has definitely changed but it's not yet fully female.

Just checked the cover again: https://www.patreon.com/posts/cursed-cover-40638373 But here, Ted has also blond hair, while in his current version he has black. But that doesn't rule out the possibility that the hair will still change. I think the cheerleader look from the cover works much better with blonde hair.
