(WIP) Rouge - (Part 1) Cocktease (Patreon)

I'm changing it up a little bit and breaking this animation into parts. One reason being I feel like it's taking too long as is for what it is and the second; I'm hoping to use as a springboard for other Rouge animations I have planned.
