An idea I had a back in September:

A young woman with such an extreme case of breast hypertrophy that she needs to be on a constant regimen of medicines to stunt her growth, which has made her sickly and stunted her growth.

At this point it’s obvious the regime isn’t working so I’d say let her be healthy and normal....and if her boobs end up Michelle size or bigger, it’s a win win

That's a sad state, but I do love the vasculature, it's not grotesque, but rather realistic and provides contrast to the otherwise blank expanse of boobage.
