Princess fell in love with a blacksmith, pauperess fell in love with the prince, they switched places to be with the ones they love. Now they meet up again, bearing the fruits of their decision.

This is a kingdom where only the royal family can have hyper pregnancies...only there is also a condition called “practice pregnancy” in which the princess’s body to prepare for the real thing becomes this humongous. One day going out for a stroll among the commoners she meets the pauperess who looks exactly like her in every way possible, including the massive pregnancy. The princess invites her back to the palace and long story short turns out this is a long lost sister because when the queen had the two of them and their siblings, a servant took the paupress because she could have no children of her own and thought who’s going to miss one. Only now the sisters have to teach each other what it means to be the other as they keep growing and growing and by the end they’ve found happily ever after.

"Come now, there must be some difference between us," the princess asserted, bringing the penniless young woman back to the palace. In her royal chambers, they took measurement after measurement, but could find not the slightest distinction between the two of them, with not even a single freckle out of place. "Standing here looking in the mirror with you, it's as if I can't tell us apart myself," the princess marveled. Their hands moved in sync across their vast midsections. "And, judging from our paired incapacitations... I cannot help but wonder if your prince is every bit the equal of my husband?" The princess blushed. "You mean in appearance?" "Mmm, not... exactly."

Yes in that she is still alive and healthy. No in the sense her last pregnancy made her so big, bigger than both of us together the king had to commission a special house just for her to live in. And only I and certain other women are allowed to see her” “May I?” “Hmmm, I see why not. She knows more about our condition than any other woman I know....but only if you agree to dress like a princess. I want to see if she can tell us apart” “Done, your grace”
