Skater Clown (Patreon)

When I did that "what should I finish" poll a few weeks ago, I was a little surprised to see people wanting me to finish the skater clown sketch. I guess I did something right there that got people liking it. Either way I kind of enjoyed the opportunity to go back and refining it some more, so here we go.
