When I saw the title, I thought it was gonna be one of your clown girls with massive breasts....I really like this. How exactly did Michelle end up like this? did she drink an Olympic swimming pool worth of that tea that made Fang's boobs huge?

Dangit, "Under the Boob Top" would be a great title for a clown picture. I need a new one for this so that I can use that. As for Michelle, basically it works like this. In her universe there's a chance you might have the necessary gene for huge breasts. So maybe one in ten thousand or so end up with a cup size outside of the alphabet. Some people are able to unlock that genetic potential, as Fang and Jodie do. Michelle, on the other hand, has that gene, as well as a case of breast hypertrophy, so she ends up being exponentially bigger for it.
