Scenario selection + Options menu update (Patreon)

There's a new little submenu on the main menu to help with selecting the scenario you want to play! No more having to fiddle around with the config file everytime you want to switch scenarios.

Speaking of config files, the options menu (Customize giantess, video settings, audio settings, etc) will require a full system rewrite to get it working correctly. The good news is it's 45% complete, so we're nearly half the way there already.

I've also added a button in the Giantess customization menu that opens the game's appdata folder, to help with getting there easier. Hopefully that'll help!
