In both real life and fantasy settings, I can't believe we haven't figured out something better than a chair with wheels.

It's been "not quite ready" for like 15 years, just like robotic limbs have been "Getting close" for 25 years. I'm impatient! but especially in comic book settings, I want to see those everywhere.
