I am setting up an new rule for making polls. 

It seems that  elected characters being able to be spammed everymonth for every art works, I've decided to limit the character cooldown.

Here is how it works! 

If elected character is chosen, that character can't be picked into poll for 2 month!(sorry juri fans, others have to have chance too!)

I will post what can't be picked from now on for every posts for polls.
