Reaction of Military was not unexpected to be honest. PRT acts like a gang with good PR and funding so it is not suprising military also acts like this when they have the opportunity and a good enough reason for it. I think Oli should take the initiative and attack the military first, they will try again and with the amount of soldiers they have they will look for him everywhere in the city. They still probably think him as a low-tier mass production Tinker with teleportation tech so they wouldn't expect a total assault against themselves in the size Oliver can deliver. He needs to either eliminate all military in the city entirely or drive them off from the city. They will eventually become risks against his family and find out his identity. Besides if he doesn't answer a betrayal like this decisively people will see him as weak-willed and they will keep attacking him to enslave him until they succeed. Thousands of dead soldiers will send a message that he is not to be fucked with. Cauldron, PRT and E88 are watching this unfold and if he appears like someone who turns other cheek and not answer with a counterattack thousandfold they will try their chance too. Also there is the fact that military just broke S-Class Truce. Oliver might not be able to prove the fact they have capes so some people might not consider it a violation but it still is an attack and attempt of enslavement of an independent hero. If he shares video footage in PHO, he can cause military to come under fire from everywhere, including PRT and Protectorate. I think he can even blame PRT and Protectorate considering both of them answer to government like military and accusing the goverment using military to break the Truce might be good angle to push in order to paralyze the PRT and Protectorate in case they decide to try the same. They will not allow Truce to be questioned in a crisis like this. Also I wonder if PRT would be arrogant enough to push for soft recruitment again after this fiasco.

I forgot, there is also the fact Dragonslayers was involved in this shitshow so Oliver can use them to get Dragon's attention. If he blames Dragon of breaking the Truce, she would have to deny it by pointing out the fact that suit stolen by Dragonslayers. That way they might get a Kill Order.

Yeah, honestly, this was the most realistic outcome. They're in way too desperate of a situation, so they're obviously going to go "hard men making hard choices" against Oli. Except now, they're FUCKED. All that needs to be done is him posting the recording of the "meeting" and the military is cooked.
