Minor quibble: There is no such thing as "Nature Chakra" but rather "Natural Energy". Chakra is specifically the result of combining physical and spiritual energies (implied but never stated to be Yang and Yin energies respectively), and if you then also combine natural energy with your physical and spiritual energies, you get Senjutsu Chakra, or Sage Chakra. (Or, if you do it wrong, you get turned to stone instead.) There was no Chakra at all in the world prior to the arrival of the Otsutsuki and the God Tree. The Otsutsuki already had Chakra from harvesting prior worlds of course, and the God Tree created more Chakra by consuming the world's natural energy.

Yes, but the change in attitude of the Daimyo would eventually tip people off that something is wrong. Which would then create even more problems as people would begin to suspect Konoha over time since they'll be the primary beneficiary of the mind control. It would taint Konoha's reputation and make people more wary of dealing with them in the future. It's a quick fix but should be treated as Trump card, something to be used when every other option has been exhausted.

How about after everything is done in the Naruto world, a crossover with Boruto? even if I do not like it , Like the characters from Boruto coming to the world of Ren because of a jutsu from an Otsuki or something like that? or even a canon Naruto timeline characters coming or such would be interesting to see their reactions.
