I love what I'm seeing here! Are these sketches different variations of the characters, or two scenes in a growth sequence?

It was some sketchwork for a growth sequence, but I was also playing around with character design.

You know, I saw this and immediate thought of the girl from 'Quality Footage' filming this in the woods...completely unaware of the rest of the pack behind her (and for what it's worth, if you decide to skip the growth sequence, I'd go with the design on the left).
