I’ve been trying to check in with myself lately and actually acknowledge how I am feeling in the moment. I definitely intended to post more for you guys last week, but I realized I just wasn’t feeling up to doing anything on either platform and instead of ignoring that, because I like to remain consistent, I decided to accept that I just was not in the right headspace. Some days are better than others, but I think the important thing is not to bury how you feel about things and check in with ourselves more. So, I just want to say I appreciate all of you and I hope you’re taking care of yourselves. It’s very easy to become overwhelmed with your day to day. So just be kind to yourselves and others as much as you can. 💚💙🩵
