You guys kinda misunderstood what the dragon's blood does. Capella can transform people into whatever she wants just by touching them, the dragon's blood is a completely seperate thing.

I'm sure it's been said before, but there's some pretty crucial lore drops in the "Break Time" (a short, canon chibi series that play after the Japanese airings) episodes this season. All canon, sourced from cut content. Highly, highly recommend looking into it, a lot of them add great context that I think you'd enjoy
