This and the previous discussion are incredibly stand out among Autosave and among Monogatari. The reflection on the characters and tying it back to both personal experiences and previous arcs Re: Hanekawa is really superb. Anna's experiences are like a relief map bringing out the details in Nadeko's character. Really good stuff.

Such an insightful discussion. Loved hearing the perfect breakdown of Nadeko, her comparison to Hanekawa, and behavior relevant to real life experiences. Also Ben using the words "explosion/implosion" regarding his expectations for the path Nadeko has set herself on is going to make the wait for next episode have an even bigger payoff. So excited for the next reaction/discussion!

I can share my experience with you regarding your question how would you feel if you watched it in that point in your life as that is what I did... and im pretty sure im still in it years later... I felt blank, I became self aware of what state I was and am in but it just felt like that wasn't real. First I disregarded it as fiction but then got slapped with reality when I watched a reaction. The state it has left my in is a wilful state of self negligence where I don't care that I am as it is comfortable and I only make attempts to escape when I occasionally reach rock bottom. Then stop trying to get help when im back in that comfy spot. It's like you said in the end "You don't have to" so I don't and run away. Im glad you escaped the loop and a few months ago I finally applied for therapy so im on the waiting list but I feel like ill end up in a similar state as yourself as I am also now in the state of psychoanalysing myself...
