Yes! Also to add to your point, Momo's ex (the one she kicked at the school gate), looks kinda like Ken Takakura. so when Momo sulks to her friends about "those type of guy don't exist anymore", she's specifically referring to Ken's old-school, hard-boiled Japanese macho man type
