Just to put a stop to this, doomsday wouldn't really happen if araragi dies this happened due to the fact that shinobu in the other timeline couldn't open herself to araragi and other circonstances. They have a vow that is if you die tomorow i would die too kind of deal, of course if kagenui kill araragi the she would die by shinobu's hand but that's it

I don't know if anyone mentioned it or not, it's better for you to watch owarimonogatari after this, rather than Koyomimonogatari.
