It's seasons, not cours. Season 1 and 2 were worked on at the same time and originally likely meant to be cour 1 and 2 of season 1, but they changed it to be officially branded as season 1 and season 2. This is especially the case considering that the next season that was announced to be in 2027 was announced as season 3.

Also I really love the 2nd OP. Its hard to follow up the first OP of course. But if it didnt suffer from being compared to the creepy nuts OP. Id still say the next OP is top tier.
