What is she doing with all that authority? Is it the path towards being a sovereign she is embarking on? She's been acknowledged as hollowed, but is she conceptually at that level? The start or walking far down the path? How far can she go with her gate a rank behind? She needs to Ascend and then Transcend, but from what I can tell she is working on being the Soviergn of Iron and has checked all the boxes for hollowedness. I'm not sure if there's much to her second epiteth of ravenous jealous devourer versus iron matriarch yet nor is it a well known title...

Her Two original aspects of Maternal Iron and Ravenous Jealous Devourer combined/melded to become the Iron Matriarch. I could be wrong but it is my understanding that conceptually Tala is a Holowed both by authority and acknowledgement, she just needs raw power to really solidify that advancement.
