hello everyone, I'm working on improving stability, uncached full files will take a while to load and imports are a bit backlogged both due to bandwidth. Thank you.

What kind of timeframe are we looking at roughly for Act 3?

Act 3 is still a ways off. This arc is over, but Act 2 still has a number of chapters to go.

I’m curious to know how big corvi is now, iirc he was quite large already for a corvisquire, so I’d imagine he’s 8-9 feet tall at least.

I’m looking forward to Lee’s evaluation of Corvi post-evo. So many interesting questions now that Corvi has natural metal armor. Like if Lee is gonna need to overhaul his diet to provide more iron and carbon. I also wonder if Corviknight armor is subject to oxidation or not. Could see that going many ways.

Ideas on dealing with oxidation. Could be similar to Corten steel (aka weathering or healing steel) which allows an incredibly thin outer layer to oxidize as protective layer that prevents the rest of the steel from rusting. Another idea is that oxidation is an ongoing process that Corviknights manage by preening. It would be similar to how chainmail is rust resistant because the rings moves against each other and abrade the rust off. As part of the preening process they would also be distributing oils from their neck and other areas where they retain more natural feathers. The oil would also help prevent rust akin to how chains would be oiled to prevent rust. So while rust wouldn’t be a big problem due to movement of metal parts rubbing against each other, it would serve as a health indicator of a Corviknight. Or it could be a combo of both. Rusts like corten steel so it’s not possible for it to rust through, but healthy Corviknights keep their armor clean and shiny as a point of pride.

I’m also curious if Corvi will now have the Mirror Armor hidden ability that is unique to Corviknights and reflects stat lowering effects back at the user. Curious how that might work as the product of dark and steel TE. Would be another reason that Corvi would be good against claydol which seems to have specialized in playing support/control in a fight.
