zap & andy patreon devlog update 96: towards the horizon (Patreon)

alright , i decided to get back on working on zap & andy, since the third level is basically playable. so i decide to animate some tiny details that were missing, plus the ending screen for the whole chapter-

so , i did some small animations first, just bitoso talking while he's scared , since i wanted to have him to be able to do that when andy makes him think a hell chicken is about to pluck him out from the ground

then the naked ringmaster farfarello talking, again ,another animation sorely needed.

then there's the final scene for the level, with the boys saying goodbye to the people they met in the circus and driving away with gary. Before they drive away zap casually mentions the word "truck" that snaps piercer from his amnesia induced calm, and making him remember why he's in hell in the first place. We'll probably see him again.

of course i had to animate the other circus members talking too, nessus has scored a handsome fuckbuddy since the previous night at the circus and he's lovely cuddling one of his giant arms sitting on his back as he talk.

buer isn't as lucky as nessus and his host body suffered several fractures during the trapeze act. This would leave any mortal man bedbound for months, but buer who doesn't give a fuck about the wellbeing of his damned host happily hops his way to say farewell to andy and zap.

last thing i managed to animate this week is andy using the frozen bitoso and the handsome devil's briefs as a slingshot. 

and that's pretty much it for this week. I'll probably start sketching the fourth level next. Hope you liked these lil anims! more to come!
