We know from experience that the IOC and WADA are as corrupt as the US Democrat Party and Biden Administration. Corruption is now endemic in Russia, China, USA, EU, UK, DPRK, Iran and many more Banana Republics!! Even countries with an ancient monarchy are not immune from Corruption... one East Asian country comes to mind but is not named due to laws protecting the monarchy.
