Get ready for the H2O wars

The predictions that climate change will drive mass migration are rife, but the mechanisms by which this mass migration will occur are often left unexplored - although I have no doubt the Pentagon has plenty of research they are not sharing. I am often reminded that when people thought Mars was riddled with canals the reason given was the Martians were fighting a global drought. Maybe we will become the real Martians...
