Is This America's Best Hope to Beat China?

China has been waging war against the US for years, but not in a traditional sense. China uses "gray zone" warfare — not outright war, but antagonistic nevertheless — to provoke the US, hoping it will over-react and make the US look like the aggressor instead of China. In this episode of China Uncensored, we look at China's 3 warfares, how China uses gray zone warfare tactics, and the US attempt to build up its nonlethal weapons arsenal. I have often thought of various films I would make and get distributed in China. Things showing the CCP s a barbaric oppressor. How to do that? Use the relentless Chinese energy to make money on whatever...smuggle them into HK on various media and let them be "found" and it will disseminate throughout all of China very, very quickly. No stopping that mercurial business intent of Chinese street vendors. I particularly saw that in 2008 when taking trains from HK to Shenyang. Bootleg CD's everywhere in the street. And most of it was bootlegged USA movies and music. It would drive the CCP nuts to do this with something now with something odious to them!

Chris, one of my friends is getting married in China in a few months. How concerned should I be with visiting China for a short trip (less than a week) to attend the wedding? Do I incur more risk as a veteran? (We are both U.S citizens)

Currently, China is level 3 on the US State Department travel advisory website. That's bad enough to reconsider traveling there but it's not the worst. Check it out for more details and hopefully that helps with your decision. Either way, stay safe.
