hello everyone, I'm working on improving stability, uncached full files will take a while to load and imports are a bit backlogged both due to bandwidth. Thank you.

Just want to get some general opinions. I'll be asking on twitter and discord too (as the public build 2 will be released same day) but the build will likely be finished during the week itself, so I wanted to ask if you guys would prefer I wait for the weekend to release or just release it as soon as it's finished despite being in the middle of the week?

This isn't an official poll or anything. I just wanted to get your guys' thoughts.

I would say wait until the weekend because that’s usually when itch.io traffic is the highest.

Might be slightly incovenient so ideally before it.

I prefer to just have it released when it's done. That said, if it makes sense to wait for a specific day of the week to get the most eyes on it, then that's cool as well.

Release when ready- I’ll get to the build when I get to it

release it when Your ready =) honestly thats the most important question. If your comfortable with it, and feel its ready, release it when its convenient for you to do so.

When ready would be pretty sweet

... if publicity is a concern, would it not make sense to publish the latest version to your backers as soon as it's ready (since they are already aware of the project and invested enough to follow and pay to support it, and should get a notification when an update is posted), while waiting to publish the public build closer to the weekend when it might get more attention? I mean, that approach both rewards current backers and slightly incentivizes future backers, while also publishing the public update when it might get more attention. My apologies if I'm missing some other considerations; these are just my thoughts at the moment.
