If this has already been mentioned / discussed earlier and I've missed it, then my apologies, but will you be watching through Star Trek Voyager as well? Either interspersed with DS9 episodes like TNG, or on its own after you finish DS9? I believe Voyager starts about halfway through DS9 Season 3 for context.

So far Jen plans to do Voyager after DS9 if there is interest so lets make sure there is interest

I felt like Bashir when I turned 30, 40 and 50.

its pretty silly every time he goes for a trip a horrible thing happens. reality would be a lot more mundane. ridiculous plot on #17 heh

Looking back on the episode visionary. I feel they should have figured out the quantum singularity was coming from a Romulan warp core aboard the warbird sooner! It has been referenced several times TNG. Duh 🙄 i mean the Romulans are there! Still a good episode. O’Brien from the future replaces present O’Brien permanently is weird and Erie!

Garak is such a great character. Bashir’s relationship with Garak is so beneficial to his growth as a character.

John DiGiantomasso

Jen - something you may not know... You just saw Generations with Malcolm McDowell as the villain Dr. Soran. Did you know that McDowell is the uncle of Siddig El Fadil - our own Dr. Julian Bashir? By the way, in Season 4 he changes his screen name to Alexander Siddig. And, a non-spoiler teaser, that is not the ONLY change to the opening credits in Season 4. So pay close attention and be ready!!! 😏

ds9 is gone from netflix

I just want ot say Jen, you are over the hump. There are only two genuinely bad episodes of DS9 left, and they're both at the start of season 5. Other than that, it's straight up bangers from here to the finale.

Captain Summer

Jen on YouTube everyone is asking about Voyager you might want to make a statement on one of your DS9 YouTube edits because my fellow Voyagerites are suddenly everywhere it occurs to me we Voyager fans don’t have a nickname like us DS9 Niner fans do

Ian

Jen's informed people on plenty of occasions already , it was the same before she started DS9. She wrote in the description back then what the plan was and it changed nothing people still kept asking if she was starting DS9 🤷 . Jen has mods to answer people on YouTube if needed so .....

For those asking about Voyager: The plan is to watch Voyager after DS9 if there is enough interest. I like focusing on 1 show at a time unless there is enough reason to watch together because the stories overlap. There airdate order for the episodes also don't have a very good flow in my opinion, not 1 of each per week like with TNG and DS9. So sometimes it's 4-5 eps of Voyager or DS9 and none of the other. Which I don't personally like because I can lose steam/forget things on 1 show if I don't watch it for a few weeks.
