The problem with tv reacts is that it's a much bigger time investment, so if somebody isn't into it, they may have to skip out on a ton of content from you. I prefer tv shows because they can take their time and develop characters, but it's a tough ask for somebody to continue to support your channel/patreon if so much of your content is a tv show that is not appealing to him/her. Doesn't mean you shouldn't do them, but just something to keep in mind; lean towards movies, be judicious about what tv shows you choose, search out tv shows that are shorter when possible... THAT BEING SAID I'll reiterate a suggestion I made in a chat during a recent react: "Farscape". It's 4 seasons long - 22 episodes each, I believe - plus 2 movies. So... it's definitely a big time investment, so I won't be miffed if you skip it. But it's a tv show so much in the vein of Firefly (Farscape is older, so it's more like Firefly is in the spirit of Farscape)... I don't want to overstate the similarities, but I find it hard to believe that somebody who loved one won't at least like the other. Really great characters, interesting story and character dynamics, it lasted long enough that the writers clearly felt comfortable having fun with some episodes, not feeling the need to make every episode tonally consistent with every other episode... there's some great two or three part episodes and also some really funny, silly one-off eps. They also keep the show fresh by not sticking with the same cast of characters from the beginning to the end (some stay the whole run, but others move on). I also suspect it may do quite a bit with regards to growing your channel; on the one hand, it's not Breaking Bad or Game of Thrones or whatever (with regards to popularity), but on the other: EVERYBODY is reacting to that stuff. I haven't seen a single person react to Farscape, and it's a huge cult show; I think your channel would really stand out if you do it because nobody else is. Maybe this is too much, but... I don't know, I just really like Farscape and want others to enjoy it as well. And given how much you seemed to enjoy both Star Wars and Firefly, I think it's firmly in your wheelhouse. (On the other hand, maybe you want to steer clear of Sci-Fi a bit after you finish Firefly if you don't want to be *only* watching Sci-Fi. *shrug*)

There's a few other shows I could suggest, but... I think Farscape is easily the best choice of the 5 or so shows I'd suggest. 1) Keen Eddie is a phenomenal show with great writing - witty dialogue - and really interesting directing (very Guy Ritchie), and excellent chemistry in all the relationships (Eddie with his partner Pippin, his flatmate Fiona, and his supervisor played by Colin Salmon, whom I am sure you'll recognize as he is in everything.) It's also short - 13 episodes - so not a big time commitment. BUT it *really* flew under the radar. I don't know that I've ever ran into somebody who had seen it. Pretty much everybody I've introduced it to enjoyed it, but... nobody is going to click on a react to it because of the show. Which maybe isn't a reason to avoid it; depends on your approach. But there it is. 2) "Life" is similarly underappreciated. Again, excellent writing and chemistry between the leads: Damian Lewis is fantastic as Charlie Crews, a cop who was framed for a crime he didn't commit, sentenced to life in prison, then got out something like a decade later when his case was finally reviewed and overturned. (He's the dude in Homeland then Billions, among other stuff; it's crazy to me that Life was so under the radar, doesn't even seem to have been found retroactively after Damian Lewis blew up.) And his partner Sarah Shahi is incredible. Their dynamic may be even better in season 2 when they're split up for a few eps than it is in season 1. It was cancelled early, so the ending is abrupt. And again, another under-the-radar suggestion. But these 3 are certainly top-5 tv shows for me, all-time. (Not sure the other 2; Misfits is almost certainly one of two.) 3) Veronica Mars. 3 seasons plus a movie. Kind of a tweener; not a MASSIVE time commitment, but not a breezy Firefly-esque one season either. Really good show though; layered writing, interesting mysteries, really good cast with characters that have depth. (And many of the cast then appeared as guest stars on the incredible, and incredibly funny, "Party Down". Huh, that maybe should be my only other "real" suggestion along with Farscape. Party Down was only 2 seasons, and each season was... 8 episodes?) 4) Then on the other end of the spectrum: "Psych" is one of my favorite feel-good, silly shows. Very funny, again just impossible to articulate how great the chemistry is between the duo of Shawn and Gus; maybe the best friendship in tv history? Very funny, quite popular... but very long. 7 or 8 seasons, I think. Plus 3 movies. So, you know... I'm not sure there's a show that perfectly navigates being popular enough to draw eyes but not so popular that EVERYBODY is reacting to it while also being short enough that it's not asking too much of somebody who isn't invested in the show. There's a reason why Firefly is so popular as a tv show to react to.
